FTTH 2013 Conference & Expo

The FTTH Council Americas organizes the FTTH 2013 Conference & Expo from September 30 to October 2, in Tampa Florida, USA.

We are glad to announce that Comsof will speak at this conference in two timeslots. Will you join our sessions?
The first topic "How Geospatial Network Inventory Solutions Can Support Optimised Network Design" will be presented by James Wheatley (GE) and Raf Meersman (CEO, Comsof).
The goal of this session is to understand how the combination of geospatial network inventory and network optimization tools can be combined to realise significant benefits in network design.

The second topic "Planning the Gigabit Community: Best Practices Based on Real-Life Cases" is presented by Raf Meersman (CEO, Comsof). Our presentation offers guidelines on how to plan your Gigabit Community: how to minimize deployment cost and maximize the return on investment. During our presentation, we will share best-practices from real FTTH projects executed by communities in Germany and UK. We have set different goals for this session:

  1. Know how to build a reliable and accurate business case for a community Gigabit network
  2. Save up to 10% in deployment cost by making the right technical choices
  3. Learn from other communities having prepared their city for the construction of a gigabit network
